Returns
  • At Moonzio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within the applicable return period.
  • Upon successful return and quality verification, 100% of the product value will be credited to your Moonzio Wallet, which can be used for future purchases on our store.
  • To ensure a smooth return process, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory for reporting damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. Unfortunately, we may not be able to process such claims without a clear opening video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Exchanges
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the item.

Conditions for Exchanges
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The defect or damage must be clearly visible and reported to Moonzio within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
Exchange Process
  • Contact our customer service team to report the defect and request an exchange (Whatsapp or Email).
  • Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a return shipping address if applicable.
  • Once we receive the defective item and inspect it, we will process the exchange.
  • If the item is no longer in stock, we will offer a similar item or issue a store credit.
  • Opening Video is compulsory for exchange – we won't accept without opening video.
Non-Defective Items
  • We do not accept exchanges for reasons other than product defects.
  • Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Cancellations
